Thank you for visiting and welcome to our mini guide. We always strive to assist you in the best possible way and hope that our FAQ can provide the answers you’re looking for. If you email our support, please only send one email, as multiple messages can affect our ability to respond to everyone in order and fairly.

1. Can I cancel my order or change something in my order? Can I change my address?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an order that has received an order confirmation. We handle so many orders and the systems activate your order automatically. If something goes wrong, you can instead make a return and reorder.

2. I forgot my discount code, what do I do? As long as the discount is active and valid on your order, our support team can activate it in your order afterwards. Write to [email protected] and we can instruct you how to do it. Do NOT place a new order as no order can be cancelled.

If you have an invoice that is due, we recommend paying it to avoid any fees. Once your return has been processed, the order will be updated accordingly, and any amount already paid will of course be refunded.
